Any picture works - from your phone, computer, downloaded from facebook, screen shots - the better quality of photo, the better it will look on the keychain.
If you like the look of the photo taking up the entire keychain - your photo needs to have a large space above the object in the photo. If your photo is cropped close to the body or head of the main object in the photo, there will be a border on top and/or bottom of the photo. Again, please let me know if you have concerns of the photo placement and I will be happy send you a mockup.
